40 Years of Service
Sunday afternoon, September 28, 2025, we will be having a 40th Anniversary Celebration. It will be held at Alosia Function Hall in Arlington. There is plenty of parking as well as a bus that lets you off on Mass. Ave., and it’s a short walk from there.
As the time gets closer, we will have a sign-up sheet on our website. DBSA Boston will be sponsoring the event, but I will need a count of who is coming, so that I can let the caterers know how many people will be attending.
We will have lunch as well as speakers, who will talk about the history, some personal stories, etc.

Request for Members’ Art for the 40th Anniversary Anthology
The Creativity Committee is planning an anthology of members’ art in celebration of DBSA Boston’s 40th anniversary. We want to feature works from members, both new and old. Original writing, poems, pictures of artwork, and photos. All work must follow DBSA guidelines.

When submitting, please include a title, the year the work was made, and your name as you’d like to be credited—again, you can stay anonymous. Optional: You could also include commentary or reflections, like what this piece means to you.
