Join us for a two-part series that covers these modalities and their core principles, along with real-life examples of where and how they are used as tools for mental well-being. The first session will focus on descriptions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as how they are distinct and related to each other. The second session will focus on where and how each of these can be applied to help address particular issues that arise in life, with a comparative description of how each approach works best. Through relatable examples, we will explore strategies for managing difficult thoughts, regulating emotions, and responding more effectively to life’s challenges. This portion emphasizes real-world application, helping participants translate therapeutic concepts into meaningful, actionable change. |
