Come learn all about anxiety, which is a frequent topic at DBSA Boston groups – what is it, how does it impact our lives, what is its connection with depression, and what are effective treatment approaches. Dr. Rebecca Holczer from the Center for Anxiety in Rockland County, NY will address all these issues about anxiety.

SPEAKER BIO

Rebecca Holczer, PsyD, is a Supervising Clinical Psychologist and the Assistant Director of Internship Training at the Center for Anxiety in Rockland County, NY. As a Supervising Psychologist, she specializes in evidence-based approaches to anxiety and OCD.

Whether she’s working with clients to manage stress, build emotional resilience, or navigate personal growth, she tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs, using approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques, understanding how we think, feel, and connect.
