We deeply mourn the loss of Evie Barkin, a founding member, past president, and our dear friend.
Evie Barkin, born on September 5, 1945, in Boston, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025, at the age of 80. She was a resident of Wayland, Massachusetts. She lived in the Boston area her whole life. Evie was a caring and vibrant soul with a great sense of humor. She dedicated her life to helping others struggling with mental health issues. She will be forever missed by all those who knew and loved her.
